    It was an enjoyable weekend. Enjoyed being in walking distance to water front and people mover.

    Location was good. Convenient! Applebee’s was nice especially when you arrive later in the evening and haven’t had time to eat. Valet & Richard ( I think that was his name.)behind the desk was very helpful when we arrived.

    Less good: IHOP for breakfast was not so great, the hash browns were under cooked. I had lipstick mark on my coffee mug. The service that we received was pretty good but we did have to wait to be seated about 15mins when the restaurant was pretty empty.

    LOCATION, LOVELY ROOMS

    LOCATION WAS PERFECT. THE FREE TRAIN ROUND THE CITY PASSES RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. THE ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. CHECK IN WAS FAST AND THE STAFF VERY HELPFUL

    IHOP express was a great surprise and the easy connection to the tram (from inside the hotel ) was a bonus! Also, the location was very convenient and centrally located,

    Wonderful staff

    I forget the ladies name but it started with a J I believe was wonderful and made my family and I feel welcomed when we entered the building.

    Less good: No place to have a cocktail after 10pm
