How do I book a stay?
Open the stay and use its booking button. It takes you to the rooms for your dates; you book and pay on that page.
Do you add a fee?
No. We do not take payments on this site.
Are the prices final?
The price on a page is the cheapest room per night we found for upcoming dates. The exact price for your dates shows before you book.
What does the guest score mean?
Out of 10, the average of what guests scored the stay: Very good from 8, Superb from 9, Exceptional from 9.5.
How are the neighborhoods drawn?
Each stay goes to the nearest of the neighborhoods we list; stays more than about a mile from all of them are listed as Farther out.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Use the link in your booking confirmation email. We cannot change a booking ourselves.
