    Perfect location and staff was Great!!

    Location. Easy access to the people mover, parking garages and surrounded restaurants and attractions. The bed was comfortable.

    Less good: The shower could have been scrubbed down a little better and the soap dispenser was broke.

    Space of the apartment. Location was good

    Less good: Not enough supplies, ran out of toilet paper only 2 rolls for a group of 5 for 2 nights. Not enough coffee, blinds did not block out the light. Could do with more mirrors , only 1 in bathroom for a group of 5

    Well appointed apartment-like lodging, centrally located. Walkable to a range of restaurants and bars

    Clean, modern apartment in a rehabbed building at the center of downtown. Contactless check-in and -out was efficient, and someone was available via text to quickly handle questions. Cool view looking over the historic Wayne County Building.

    Less good: Very minor issues, like a shower that leaked water all over the bathroom, and a faulty disposal in the kitchen sink. The positives far outweigh the negatives.

    Great stay, we felt safe, and very clean.

    It was very close to several parking garages. The apartment was spacious and plenty of windows in our corner unit made it feel light and airy. Very clean.

    Less good: The bathroom vanity is well worn and should be updated. The lamp in one of the bedrooms was broken - visibly broken, as the electrical wires were exposed.

    This is my third time visiting a Sonder property in Detroit. The proximity to downtown was well worth it. It was noisy at night, but I did not mind. The security guards were helpful in answering my questions about places to visit, eat, and park.

    Less good: I wish there was more access to parking that is designated strictly for Sonder. I was having a perfect stay until I noticed that the mattress covers were soiled multiple times and had not been changed. This completely ruined my impression of the place. The fitted sheet came off and exposed the dirty mattress cover underneath. I then went to check the other room and found the same issue. I was very disappointed by this, and it may prevent me from using the facility for a 4th time.

    Nice. Would stay here again.

    Location was great. The 7/11 in the same building made night arrival much more comfortable, no need to hunt for a grocery store. The washer/dryer made packing much lighter, too.

    Less good: Could really use a sofa. It's either the bed, or one of the chairs but they're not really meant for relaxing the way a sofa is. A cupboard to put the trash bins in would make for a nicer stay, too.
