    Comfortable, convenient city view in Detroit

    This hotel is a bit old judging from its architecture but was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable with wonderful views of the city and the river. Centrally located with many places in walking distance. The river walk was great too.

    Less good: I really have no complaints especially with the terrific desk staff who helped sort though a booking problem. My thanks to Coco and Theresa for their assistance!

    Location was great the veiw was amazing the staff that I interacted with were so pleasant

    Less good: Found some stinky food in the refrigerator and some breakfast cereal spilled in one of the cabinets when checking into the room.

    The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and they kept their promise by assisting us with our tax exempt status. It was great altogether

    Spacious enough room even though it was not a river view

    Less good: NO body wash in the shower!! Besides, the shower cabin is minuscule in this hotel- unfortunately; it’s the biggest discomfort

    I would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

    The Detroit River View was excellent. It was nice to see the boats come and go. The location was a bit away from shopping, however a few restaurants were nearby. The room was very clean, spacious.

    Less good: Breakfast buffet was nice enough . They had an omelette station, many hot dishes. Coffee was so, so. Staff were very attentive. Our breakfast was not included, but reasonably priced. Spacious seating.
