    It was amazing except that I didn’t realize another 250$ was supposed to be paid at the door

    Overall we had a great time in Detroit and there was a lot to explore in this hotel.

    The location of the hotel and the view from the rooms were spectacular. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go!

    Less good: I booked this hotel room 4-5 months in advance and paid a little extra because I thought “Double Room with Double Beds” meant a two bedroom suite with two full beds. When I walked into my room and saw I a little room with two full beds for 4 people, I knew it was going to be a crowded stay. I tried asking the front desk people if there was anything that could be done to make our stay more comfortable and all I got is “Yeah, we really need to word that better on our website.” Thankfully my fiancé and the two friends we brought were all close, so being on top of each other was not terrible. But definitely would’ve picked a bigger room or different hotel if I had known what our room actually entailed. Also breakfast is $24/person and wifi is $15/day.. wow.

    Less good: A little dated. No coffee in the room Alarm went off at 6 am and I did not set it. Should be checked before a new guest comes into room. Ruined my night’s sleep

    Once i got my parking it was a lot of walking because a lot of doors were locked.

    Great views, great location. Close to everything downtown. The staff is exceptional.

    Less good: Rooms are dated. Power outlets at desk non existent without unplugging stuff. No coffee in room.
