    Great value for your money

    Lovely hotel in downtown Detroit. The room was super spacious with a separate living room area. Bed was very comfortable.

    I would stay at this hotel again, staff, valet, bell hop and shuttle service was GREAT!

    The staff was awesome. From the time we pulled up the valet and bell hop were awesome. The hotel is beautiful and located perfectly to where we intended to go for the weekend. The shuttle service was a 100 out of 10 :) Captain Tony is AWESOME!

    Less good: The biggest concern was the tub/shower. It is quite a big step to get in it. Someone older (I'm 56) would have a hard time getting in and out of the shower. That needs a revamp completely. The room could have been vacuumed better. The steps down to the bedding area is a slight nuisance. You have to drag or carry your luggage down those few steps. Again older people would find this to be a hassle. As well as at night going up and down when you have to use the restroom.

    Less good: The hotel is outdated for its price. Although they have tried to keep it updated in some areas it was a beautiful facility but yet still overpriced.
