Detroit Hotels & Apartments is a guide to hotels and apartments in Detroit. It shows guest scores, prices and facilities, and sends you elsewhere to book. This policy is about this website and nothing else.

Messages you send

A message from the contact or concierge form reaches us with your name, your email address, the topic, the text and the language of the page. Your IP address comes with it. We save it and hand it to whoever on our team answers it, and we use it for that reply and for anything that follows from it.

Booking through our partner

Booking buttons open our booking partner's website. The link tells the partner which site sent you. What you type there, from your dates to your card number, stays with the partner, whose privacy policy covers it; none of it comes back to us.

We may earn a commission from our booking partner when you book through these links.

Server logs

No account is needed to use any page here. Each page request reaches our servers with the usual technical details: your IP address, your browser and the address of the page. They are used to serve the page, to stop abuse and to track down errors.

Cookies

Nothing here needs a cookie: there is no sign-in, and the site sets none of its own.

Sharing

Your details are not for sale. Outside the services this page names, they go to nobody, except where a law obliges us.

Keeping messages

We hold on to a message only as long as the reply and any follow-up need it. If you want it gone sooner, say so and we delete it.

Ask us for a copy of the details we have about you, for a correction, or for their deletion.
