9.0SuperbFantastic and Wonderful house , I could live there forever.
I loved the house and the amenities . The kitchen was magnificent and I could cook meals easily . Everything worked . I could do laundry which was great since I did not bring alot of clothes . The Bathroom was beautiful and easy to use . I loved this house so much I just wanted to live there forever . Just remember it is an old house and wood floors creak in some places but it adds to the charm of the place . I hope I can stay here again when I visit . It is in a good location if you drive a car and it is easy to get everywhere from this area . Its nice and quiet most of the time . The owner was easy to reach when I was having trouble with the lock . Quick response and very helpful owner.
Less good: The entrance door and back door wood needs some repair . Also periodically in the morning you could here loud talking and maybe audio books in the bathroom from the neighbors I guess. Its kind of scary if you don't know about it

10.0Exceptionalgood place for a staycation near Corktown and Downtown Detroit.
Cozy place, Good updates, Host is very responsive. Easy to find with on-street parking. Coffee machine was not used but a great option to have in the kitchen. Appreciated the bottled water and wine, although we did not partake. Enjoyed reading the history of the house and the updates to the old structure.

Less good: Nothing to dislike really. Only minor issue is you have to share Landry machine with other apartment but as I say it isn’t anything of an issue really.
