10.0ExceptionalFrom valet, to front desk, to bar, to housekeeping, the staff was GREAT! Will definitely stay here again when visiting…
Staff was great! Very friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay!
Less good: Travel from the room to downstairs but nothing major!!

9.0SuperbGreat place to stay in Detroit.
Excellent location. Very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and professional. Valet staff was exceptional. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced for a big city location. Coffee shop was very reasonable and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were very good.
Less good: A bit pricey but to be expected in a big city.

8.0Very goodIt was a good stay.
Nice decor, it’s in the city, has valet but also street side parking (paid - affordable during the day, and free at night), it has a large virtual golf/gaming room in basement and restaurants on site, and the staff was amazing.
Less good: The first room didn’t have a lock on the door but we were given another room instantly after we called the front desk. The second room had mold in the caulk of the shower, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. We were given refills, and found out that the quality of the products was not the greatest.

8.0Very goodLovely hotel that should have tea available
The staff, room, and public spaces.
Less good: There was no tea in the room or the lobby. At 8:00 am on a Saturday, there was no cream or sugar out with the coffee in the lobby. Had to ask desk staff to help.
