    cool but needs work

I liked the overall vibe/design, the gated parking lot, and you could clearly tell it was very well cleaned and always being cleaned.

Less good: the concrete floors in the room could use some bigger rugs. my bathtub didn't drain so i showered ankle deep, my door didnt "slam" shut as a hotel door typically does so i had to remember to pull it extra hard when leaving each time, and when i went to eat at red dunn on monday it was closed, zero staff, and the hotel staff had no idea why or that it was going to be closed in the first place. location was okay but really only one place i felt comfortable walking to as a single female (since red dunn was closed) so had to drive to dinners.

We were visiting Motor City Casino and it was perfect location just up the street. As well as a nice park and Brewery right across the street!

Less good: When walking into our suite it had a smell of moldy towels. Thankfully we had booked a suite with a patio, so I opened the door to air out the room. The maintenance of the room in general seemed cheap, with our coat rack leaning side ways as well as our toillet also hit the wall everytime you stood up which was concerning.

    9.0Superb

A very nice facility with a modern feel. The location was perfect for my needs.

Less good: There really wasn't anything not to like. The room was well appointed and set up with a very kitchy flair.

    Good would stay again

Good location close to riverwalk bike path. Secured parking.

Less good: Rooms need a little maintenance but they were clean /walls are a little thin.

For a short stay - a nice location and a comfortable bed.

The location was great - a walkable distance from everything you want to see. The room was spacious and the bath tub was amazing.

    8.0Very good

Enjoyed the Corktown area and the walkability to it.

The property had a fun/hip vibe

Less good: Didn’t really have any dislikes

    8.0Very good

Good spot between a bike ride across the Gordie Howe and nearby restaurants :)

Less good: High prices at the restaurant

    A New Detroit Favorite

    Location and Funky Vibe.Great Staff

Less good: My first room had inadequate AC but I was re-accommodated to another room.

Was fine.. would stay there again but would probably try and stay elsewhere.

Bed was comfy. The water in the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The room was clean and the on site parking was very reasonable and safe.

Less good: I saw a cockroach in the hall. Some of the renovations were poorly done .. and not enough plugs in the room.
