Best place to start to get familiar with Greektown🫶🏻♥️

Great location and staff was superb. We felt welcomed.

    Less good: Spacious and quiet.

Overall the room and hotel was clean and it felt nice to stay there, just think the staff should’ve been more friendly…

    The hotel room was nice!

Less good: Our fridge was broken they came to fix it and he said it wasn’t broken and it was cold but it was not. We also asked for cups and it took them a whole day to bring them. Our phone was broken and the wires were unplugged completely, nobody ever came to fix it. Upset about that because we paid a lot of money for the hotel just for bad service.

Great location to and variety of activities and the People Mover.

Within walking distances to restaurants and activities.

Less good: There are lots of entrances and mazes to walk through.

    Overall good

    Location and restaurants

Less good: Unless you book a suite, there’s no microwave in the rooms and no pools

Excellent location and easy walk to Comerica Park. Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Secure hotel with key access to lobby required after 10 and required when accessing floor.

Less good: Room had strobe lights pointed upwards from a lower floor parking garage and even with the shades closed, the room was not dark for comfortable sleeping. Would be helpful to have better signage to get to hotel lobby from parking garage elevators.

Our stay at the Hollywood Casino was our favorite day of the year so far!

The staff was very friendly, especially at check-in. Very convenient location for access to downtown. Free parking is a nice touch as well!

Easy to get to the parking garage right off highway. Also short walk to Ford field.
