    It was a good get away weekend for 5 adults.

    The location to downtown was very good, it met our needs for the weekend. The shower was awesome

    Less good: One rule of the house was to repsect quiet time (through the night). The other tenant staying upstairs did not reqpest that and we did not get a restful sleep during one of the night stay.

    Bring a fan and don't hire this contractor again

    Inexpensive, plenty of sleep space, close to downtown

    Less good: Bedrooms were very quiet (would've liked a fan), renovations were very shoddy, floor had concerning soft spots, neighborhood was littered with liquor bottles, could hear every footstep and movement from upstairs guests through the ceiling.

    All in all, it was a comfortable stay.

    I appreciated the driveway parking. The shower head in the bathroom was heaven. The fridge was stocked with bottled water, which I was very grateful for. And it came with the amenities that we needed.

    Less good: There was only one TV and we had a few issues with the remote not working. Also, one of the pots I needed to cook dinner wasn’t fully cleaned.

    Our visit to Detroit was so enjoyable due to the great place that we stayed.

    Clean. Comfortable. Solid neighborhood. Very responsive owner. We will stay here again.

    Less good: It wasn’t no heat there and I had my kids. tried to talk to the owner about it he was rude and never figured out the problem with no heat it was cold in the whole house had to turn the stove on to try and heat the house up. He was very rude!!!!!

    Nicely decorated.

    Less good: The front room used an air mattress. Beds didn’t have clean/any fitted sheets. Mold in shower. Parking was on the lawn in the back yard.

    Excellent ratio qualité/prix/position

    Bon emplacement, 15$ de uber pour aller au centre-ville, beau et propre.
