8.0Very goodThe home was warm and welcoming. We had keyless entry and comfy beds. The decor was unique and the location had a great
The place was spacious and all the rooms had a personal fan. We enjoyed the personal entry and the cool decor
Less good: I would have appreciated more hand towels and some paper towels for clean up.

8.0Very goodIt worked very well for a basic tonight‘s stay.
It was clean and well located. It was quiet. It was reasonably comfortable, and the host was very accommodating to my needs.
Less good: It was a little bit shabby and could’ve used some updating. The bathroom could’ve used a nightlight.

8.0Very goodThe antiqueness of the house. The game table in the basement The laundry room being accessible.
Less good: Parking is scarce. Sink upstairs had drainage issues. Neighborhood is not a very good area. No extra toilet paper. Tv only downstairs in the living room.

7.0out of 10The space was great. The townhouse was just as described. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The location is still close enough to Uber quickly to dowtown Detroit. Very close to Mexican town.
Less good: I could hear the highway from the bedroom when I was trying to sleep. Could also hear the next door neighbor at 1 point in the night. It is street parking. There were a couple of stains on one of the bed sheets and I had to look for new sheets. I hope they get new sheets and throw those ones away.

8.0Very goodNot bad but could have been better
The location was nice and spacious. The beds were clean, and the mattress looked new.
Less good: The house could definitely use some TLC and a good thorough deep clean, especially the furniture. Some new paint would be a big plus. Did have an odor that seemed like it was due to the space being empty for a while and not aired out maybe. We had to buy air freshener. The leg kept coming off the bed slats. Over was not bad but could have been better.

7.0out of 10Overall, the renovations done to the property was charming. The host thought of everything. They blended old and new furniture, which I found nostalgic and refreshing. And the location was convenient for us
Less good: Our beddings were not clean. We were lucky to find a clean set of beddings in hallway storage. For the price that we paid, I expected better service.

9.0SuperbNear ideal of all that I was looking for and expecting according to the description and photos.
My stay felt like I was at home... a home I would even consider buying if I was in the market! The pictures on the walls, the modular furniture were all very nice considerations. The bed was very comfortable. This place would also be ideal for a family, having 3 attractive bedrooms. Street parking was very easy. Except the slim cooking ware the kitchen was very well stocked with glass, cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc.
Less good: I would say the kitchen facilities were not as stocked as could be... for example, there were three different sized frying pans, but not a good sized pot with a handle to make pasta. So stocking the kitchen with a simple but comprehensive set of cookware would be so appreciated by everyone I'm sure, including oven mitts and dish cleaning utilities by the kitchen sink. This would be the only small dissatisfaction I would have.
