9.0SuperbVery nice
It was very cute, and comfortable! Lots of space, worth the price considering a hotel would have cost the same. We will definitely be back!!
Less good: The shower didn’t get hot, which I read a few similar reviews but I thought maybe I would have gotten lucky. Also they only left 2 toilet paper rolls that were basically already gone.

8.0Very goodAntique style
Less good: There was no TV in the bedrooms, no trash cans in the bedrooms, no toilet downstairs, but other than that. Cool

9.0SuperbNear downtown Detroit
Great location for us. Good size.
Less good: A couple door knobs were missing (nothing better than having someone rescue you from the bathroom because of no knobs and sticky door). Most doors do not close all the way. It looks like it was a rush job to get this on the rental market, some sloppy work. But, apart from a few minor issues, it is a good deal and a nice place.

7.0out of 10Wedding trip
Very nice and convenient for our purpose.
Less good: Highly suggest hand rails for front porch along with more light. Steps are dark and hard to see key pad. Also suggest fixing inside steps hand rail. Mostly covered by wall, steps are step , one of us fell. Grass also looked several week tall. Would be more presentable cut so guess would not have to walk through tall grass to enter.

8.0Very goodHome was easy to get to and comfortable beds, quiet area!
The extra towels, available toiletries, the welcome book was helpful. Appreciated the living area and furniture, decor was tasteful and musical theme done well. Fun old school vibes.
Less good: Wish there had been a coffee or tea station with sugars/creamer packets available. That’s really the only thing!

6.0out of 10Money can get you safer things.
Beds were comfortable. Price point.
Less good: One roll of toilet paper for the weekend. Didn’t last long. No cooking sheets so unable to heat up food that was prepped and to be enjoyed durning our stay. Came back Saturday night to a street party that was attached to our airbnb. Cops came to break it up and shots were fired. The crowd left bottles and trash all over the area leaving broken glass in front and behind the unit.

10.0ExceptionalThe house is stylish, good value, and spacious
Stylish, good value, and spacious.
Less good: The bathroom can be improved: The seat cover can not stay vertically. No hairdryer. The door knot is broken but functioning.

5.0out of 10The place has seen better days and was not equipped for a stay.
Location was good.
Less good: There was only 1 washcloth, 1 glass, two forks. It was ridiculous the amount of inattention to details in the place. Almost no toilet paper (we found it in the kitchen later after buying some).
