7.0out of 10Detroit Long Weekend
House was very clean, kitchen has excellent modern fridge and stove. Location was very easy to get downtown quickly. Lots of room for 4 adults, beds were comfortable. Good supply of excellent towels. Some snacks and drink pods were supplied. Close to The Congegation( coffee house), we really enjoyed our meals there. It is an old house, so the squeaky uneven floors are to be expected- adds chatacter!
Less good: Two dining room chairs were broken and unusable. Also had an issue with the shower, no temperature control. No electric kettle.

5.0out of 10I love the cleanliness of the home. I love that the host supplied wine and light snacks for their guests.
Less good: The area seemed unsafe. I didn't like the fact that the unit shares the front door code with upstairs tenant. There was no TV in the bedrooms.

5.0out of 10A place to sleep if really needed, would not stay again.
Spacious/ open
Less good: Not clean at all! Linens were actually DIRTY! Pulled back the comforter to find fake eyelashes and dirt. Letting me know the beds had not been changed. Sheets were not clean and had visible dirt and stains. Pillows were as cheap as 2/$5 from family dollar. Dropped an item that rolled under a high standing dresser that was so filthy underneath. The way it stood there was no reason a broom and mop wouldn’t have hit this with REGULAR cleaning. Walls were so filthy. The cheap price was totally understandable!

Less good: House itself was OK. But the area was scary - Ghetto!

7.0out of 10Didn't end up staying
The property management was extremely responsive. The house itself was super cute. We were able to check in early. The wifi worked.
Less good: We did not feel safe in the area and ultimately decided not to stay. We did not use any amenities. We were there till just before dark. It was not worth the money we spent, even if we had stayed the night. If you decide to stay, be careful on the front porch, my suitcase on wheels rolled right off the porch.

7.0out of 10The space was clean and had everything we expected.
Less good: I wasn't sent the door code ahead of check-in despite confirming my arrival time with the property, and once I arrived it took more than 30 minutes to get in contact with anyone despite calling the number provided. This was an in-town booking, and because of my schedule, the late check-in meant I wasn't able to spend both nights there. The wood floors were uneven throughout the first floor and made way too much noise whenever someone walked around.

5.0out of 10It was a livable place but some amenities were missing or dirty. Most concerning was the address was wrong and place…
The bed was nice. We had a good sleep overall
Less good: Missing basic amenities such as shampoo body wash Some of the towels were dirty Dust in the window sill Address said 2277 but house sign is 2275 Tried calling owner and didn’t get any response at all Owner gave passcode late so check in was late

8.0Very goodNice place, would definitely stay there again.
The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was nice and clean. The host was incredibly responsive when we had issues with the door locks, even when I called late at night. Much appreciated!
Less good: I was cooking some dishes for thanksgiving dinner and there weren’t any pot holders or dish towels🙁- so had to use bathroom hand towels. There also wasn’t a hair dryer, which surprised me.
