    Clean and comfortable, a good value

    Room was large and comfortable.

    Less good: When first used in the late afternoon it took nearly five minutes for hot water to arrive in the bathroom sink. Plus, there was a duct work rattle in the air handling (HVAC) unit that was a bit annoying. The valet process was very congested and not very timely.

    Almost a perfect stay.

    The location was great. Perfect walking distance to many sporting events. The facilities were clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated.

    Less good: Valet parking was sooooo slow. And not worth the $45. We only noticed after we parked that there was $10 hotel parking across the street. And the valet staff was not the friendliest to deal with.

    We enjoyed our stay and would book again when coming to the city for an event.

    I liked that it was close to the highway and within walking distance to Ford Field. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was friendly.

    Less good: I wish the staff would’ve mentioned the complimentary breakfast when we checked in. We weren’t sure if there was breakfast so we walked to get some which was fine, but we noticed it was on the 2nd floor and did not know.

    Close to everything and beautiful. The room had everything you need and more.

    Less good: Parking area for valet took quite some time and the sink and tub were both clogged in the room.

    I would visit again

    The property was nice! Our favorite place to go inside the hotel was the bar area. It was very nice and the staff were friendly.

    Less good: There was a room where people were really loud across the hall from us. Also, the restaurant attached to the hotel was not great. I know that has nothing to do with the hotel, but Sullivans was the pit of our stay.

    Rooms were nice, staff was friendly. Did not like that the bar ran out of beer for 2 nights???

    The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do.
