    Location was perfect for a show and downtown Detroit experience.

    Less good: There was a lot of rigamarole (authentication) etc. to start the process. It seems like it could be streamlined.

    The apartment was very clean and it is in a prime location. I felt safe in the area. I liked that the apartment had a washing machine so that I could do my laundry lol. The living room is pretty great to take photos.

    Less good: It wasn't that easy to find the lockbox to get access to the fob for the apartment. I didnt like the fact it was located in the alleyway because I'm a woman and was checking in, in the evening. I hoped that the property would have provided at least a bottle of water.

    Would not return.

    Location was good, apartment was spacious

    Less good: Difficult, dark, unsafe access to apartment keys down a back alleyway. (See pics) Apt was dirty, worn, NO sheets on the beds or available. First night we slept without sheets! Delivered by the door the next PM smelling of smoke so had to wash them ourselves. Not the luxury apartment that was charged or described.

    The apartment itself was nice. All of the other problems made it a very bad experience.

    Instructions for entry inadequate. Road construction made entry difficult. Lokbox difficult. If kitchen workers nearby had not helped, not sure what we would have done. They said many people had the same problem. Key fob did not include key to door and the instructions to unlock door were hit and miss.

    Less good: There was construction going on near our apartment on the fifth floor. very noisy and dirty. We were not aware until too late. Photos and a comprehensive summary was sent to Veronca, the manager. No reply. I followed up again and resent all info today. No reply. Onsite management very poor.

    I like the parking it’s safe and secure and having Prine & Proper downstairs is a plus

    Less good: The directions to get the keys! Hair and food particles in the couch. Hair on the bedroom floors. Hair in the shower. Hair on the counter. Blonde hair black hair. Hair EVERYWHERE!
