7.0out of 10Overall a pleasantly good stay.
The location was great for what I needed. The apartment was clean; bed was comfortable. The property manager, responded very quickly.
Less good: The description of the property should have been more forth coming. This is not an entire house, it’s one of several apartment in a house. Everyone is on one thermostat, same temperature. I got hot a few nights. The smoke detector kept going off. The property manager came and changed the battery when notified, which stopped it for about 1 night, then another one started chirping, I just dealt with it instead of having him come a second time. The door to the apartment had big glass window with no covering, I had to get creative to cover it; because I wasn’t comfortable with that.

10.0ExceptionalMy stay was comfortable and convenient we felt safe.
Clean and comfortable the amenities was just right for the two of us on our girls trip we felt safe as well
Less good: Old and noisy the walls are very thin and when people are walking around in the other apartments it is kinda creepy at night but outside of that it was cool

5.0out of 10Not bad, not the best.
Keyless entry. Centrally located. Off street parking. The apartment is like a roundabout, laundry in house. Minimal decor.
Less good: Host swept house and left large pile in bedroom closet. The entire place seemed like a slumlord renovation for a quick flip. "Stained" shower. Floor tiles dont line up, poorly placed and spaced together. In the further bedroom, the trim doesnt cover the flooring correctly. You can see into the structure of the home. The flooring doesnt reach the walls. Mattresses are on the thinner side and sound like they have ultra water protection. Is it a water bed? Is it a half deflated air mattress? We may never know. Ubers even made comments about how we're in the "not good" part of town.

7.0out of 10Rennovierte 2-Zi-FeWo in älterem Haus
