9.0SuperbVery quiet location, ample street parking, close to downtown. If you find older buildings charming, this property is for you.

7.0out of 10Some good, some bad
The Apartment was spacious and especially the bathroom and the bed was clean and comfortable.
Less good: The kitchen was only poorly equipped. No glasses, very few pans, no tea towels. So was only little space to put clothes. The neighborhood was a bit scary for a woman travelling alone.

7.0out of 10Good but not luxury
Not really luxury but bright and airy in mostly quiet street. 8 miles from downtown but no4 bus at the corner took you straight into the city. Good supermarket across the road (though not easy to spot at first when you need to go out looking for milk). Netflix (only the app but you can log in with your own account)
Less good: Lounge and armchair op-shop knock-offs not comfortable. No toaster (might be because of the smoke alarm). No milk (or anything else). The locks are a bit tricky to negotiate first time

10.0ExceptionalHolbrook Apartment- Great place
This apartment had everything we needed. The washing machine and dryer were a real plus. The host was an absolute diamond and was dedicated to his desire for us to have everything we needed. For the price we paid, it was absolutely spot on.
Less good: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

1.0out of 10Never again next time I’ll stay at Hotel
Close to downtown
Less good: There was no parking in the front only in back alley and as a female I didn’t like that also the neighborhood wasn’t the best as I had my Camaro and didn’t feel comfortable, leaving it parked outside, and car parts where laying in the alleyway. Owner was rude and upset that I complained.
