古い一軒家をリノベーションした施設で、住んでいるような気分が味わえた。 道路に面しているが交通量は少なくおおむね静か。 食料品店まで少し歩くが品揃え豊富で滞在するのに便利。 キッチンが整っていて簡単な料理なら問題ない、冷蔵庫も大きくて使いやすい。 部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機がある。
Less good: エアコンの音がとても大きい。 他の部屋との壁は薄く生活音が聞こえる。 古い建物なのでしょうがないだろうが足音が階下に響く。 身分証明書の送付はSMSなので電話が使えないと送付できない（管理者はWhatsAppを使用していないのでインターネット通信だけでは難しいと感じた）
