    8.0Very good

    We had a great time staying in this loft.

    This loft was comfortable, stylish, and easy to access. It was exactly what we were looking for and a great value. I plan to stay there again next time I'm in town.

    Less good: The location was a bit isolated, however it was rather easy to get to. There was a cottonwood tree in full bloom out front that triggered some allergies, but the loft was clear of any contaminants.

    Stay was amazing! Everything was excellent. Really enjoyed this place.

    It was really cozy, clean, and so much was provided (Toiletries, paper towels, cleaning products, pots and pans, etc.). All of the appliances worked really well. Parking was secure. Location and view is amazing. No issues, really enjoyed my stay! I do plan to stay here again in the future.

    Less good: Can’t say I didn’t like too much. I will say that the hallways/ steps could probably use some renovation but I’m sure that’s not on the host. So I wouldn’t take that away from the way I feel about my visit.

    Overall, my stay was wonderful and I would stay at this location again. Fantastic host.

    The location was perfect to my conference location. The Host was amazing, there was a water issue in the building; he was available to assist and kept me informed on what took place and the duration of the issue.

    Less good: My neighbors were a bit nosy. However, it was easy to tune out.

    Cozy one bedroom perfect for short stay

    Stayed before a half marathon race and was perfect for a one night stay. We cooked dinner and breakfast there and relaxed and did nothing and this was very cozy for this purpose. We talked about renting it again.

    It was nice and quiet for its location.

    Less good: The fenced in parking lot, how it’s filled with people’s junk. And smelt like dog piss/shit.

    We had a good stay. The location was great.

    The loft was great. It was clean and neat. The decor was clever.

    Less good: The second floor neighbors smoked marijuana the whole weekend. I have asthma and so does my daughter. I wanted a smoke free environment. Even towels at the door did not help.

    Quirky, pleasant accommodation.

    Communication with owner was clear, concise and very helpful. Appreciative of the videos on how to gain entry and location of flat within the building. You could get lost without them. Close to (cheap) public transport for getting downtown. Great pub across the road which serves great sliders. Plenty of free street parking. Obviously set within an old industrial part of town with not much around , but that made our nights very peaceful and quiet.

    Less good: We felt that the bed was too small. There was no kettle , so we had to boil water using pans on the stove. I'm aware this loft is within an old industrial unit, but we would have appreciated an elevator as the stairs are quite steep and trying to lug 2 big suitcases up them was a struggle. Couldn't find the washing machine that was advertised.
