I loved how the property was decorated how clean it was.
Less good: There is no air-conditioning in the unit. The only thing that it has is a small window unit, but you don’t do nothing. Oh and we had a fan as well but it was just steaming. We are on the 3rd floor so heat rises. I would say invest in more fans or a bigger window unit

8.0Very goodThe old Detroit style home made me feel comfortable, as if I were at home. Going to the concert one night and the playoffs game the next night was close enough to get to. Apartment was clean and no Body bothered us. I recommend this place and will be coming back.

Very unique loft with history. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous view of bridge. Was located close to where we were going in downtown.
Less good: Building itself had an intimidating exterior. No elevator. Some cobwebs present inside above bed, could just use a bit more attention to detail.

I love staying at this place. It has a great vibe, view, and location.
Less good: The walk up to the 3rd floor isn't my favorite. There was some leftover food in the fridge. Not a big deal but not ideal.
