9.0SuperbGreat location for area attractions, very clean.
Very clean bathroom, kitchen, etc. Newer building with modern amenities in the room. Quiet location, very little street noise. Well stocked with amenities like hand and bath soaps, coffee (Kurig cups), kitchen supplies. Great central location to Detroit's attractions. 2 blocks to city busses and tram. 1 block to grocery store. Good WiFi.
Less good: Bedroom was very small. Bed was pushed against side wall, had to turn sideways to get to the closet. The sleeper sofabed had a thin 3" mattress. Both ceiling-mounted smoke detectors were missing.

7.0out of 10Cute apartment that seems great for younger people.
It was walking distance to Comerica Park. Whole Foods across the street and a few nice restaurants. All the necessities are packed into a nice little space.
Less good: Sleeping on the sofa bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!! Walls are very thin so I heard the neighbors phone conversation as well as their TV while trying to sleep.

9.0SuperbOverall perfect location for going to LCA, great value, super clean.
Location was perfect. It felt very secure. Extremely clean, which is one of the top priorities to us. Also quiet at night which was great. Walking distance to LCA. And basically kitty corner from Whole Foods which is one of the best I’ve ever been to.
Less good: Parking in the street was easy to find, but we didn’t realize we had to pay for it, although it was cheap compared to other options. Also, we desperately needed a lamp next to the bed and next to the couch at night! We didn’t want the bright overhead lights on us at night.

9.0SuperbGreat overall experience
Host was extremely helpful and exceptionally easy to deal with. If I needed anything I was able to call and she answered and was ready to help out.
Less good: The only negative of the stay(and it really isn’t a big deal) there was no T.V. In the bedroom so ended up sleeping on the pullout sofa.

5.0out of 10Great location, but disappointing comfort and cleanliness.
The location was very convenient, within easy reach of the city center. At first glance, the apartment appeared clean, and the bathroom was modern and nicely furnished.
Less good: The apartment had an overpowering artificial fragrance, which seemed to be masking a very unpleasant smell that became noticeable once we unplugged the air freshener. Despite being advertised for four guests, the main bed was rather small for two adults, while the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and had a thin mattress with clearly noticeable springs. After just one night, two of us had to move to a hotel at additional expense, and an unwelcome visitor in the bathroom raised further concerns about cleanliness.

5.0out of 10Don’t say it’s 2 beds; no one can sleep on the sofa bed mattress.
Location is great.
Less good: Advertised as having a sleep sofa but its mattress is so thin you’ll have metal bars jabbing at you (impossible to sleep on). Tub is dangerously slippery w no grab bar. Dishwasher not working. Smoke detector incorrectly installed in living room

6.0out of 10Could have been much more than that.
Clean overall. Relatively quiet location not so far from downtown.
Less good: I am not sure how did this property get 9+ reviews. Paper thin walls, so you hear people talking even in low voices. Someone tampered smoke smoke detectors before us, no one bothered to fix them. No CO detector. Little to no place for toiletries in the restroom. A dining table eats up huge chunk of the whole living area space. The sofa transforms all right, but sleeping on it is pretty far from being enjoyable, and we had to ask for extra linen even though we mentioned there will be more than 2 people staying. Also very slow Wi-Fi.

10.0ExceptionalWould stay again !!!
The accommodations were cozy and comforting. The location was perfect. The host’s communication was friendly and expectations were clear and detailed
Less good: We thought parking would become an issue, its alley parking and fcfs. But we never had a problem finding space to park close to the building
