1.0out of 10Very very poorly ran hotel in a ran down area.
Absolutely nothing wasted my time
Less good: Claimed check in was for 18+ it’s not when you actually go to check in wasted $40 on an uber to get there didn’t accommodate me, didn’t refund made me called booking.com, they also claimed they couldn’t change the policy online and booking.com has to do it, now the good part, rang booking.com it cost me £0.35 a minute to ring them they told me it’s the hotel who can change that policy themselves online not booking.com they also claimed that the hotel can also refund the booking for you without getting booking.com involved. So in total it cost me £70 for a room plus taxes etc + £42 for an uber + £101 to get a different hotel (Red Roof are great) + £22 for a new uber to the new hotel. In total I wasted £235 all at 22:00 at night plus whatever I have to pay my phone provider, currently I’ve been on hold for 18 minutes with booking.com so that’s atleast £6.30.
