    Reasonable option near downtown

Location is a quick ride to downtown at faction of the price. Staff communicated quickly and often.

Less good: They charge $500 deposit fully up front at booking. Its abnormal process but it was returned quickly after the stay. The stains on the sofa cpuld use a quick steam cleaning. I sat on a chair entire visit to avoid the sofa.

Convinient stay with plenty of room

Easy drive or uber downtown. King bed was very comfy.

Cute building, great location, comfy and clean space

Less good: The elevator was old to where you manually have to open and shut it. Not a big deal but if someone on another floor didn't close it, you had to take the stairs.

Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, we felt very safe &comfortable during our stay!

Check in was seamless! I was given details before I even made it to the property which put my mind at ease. Couldn't ask for better hosts!

Less good: I can't come up with anything we didn't love about our stay in this charming suite!

Other than the fees the apartmen is amazing and the host areas well!

The property was very nice and clean. Great location thats minutes away from everything. The unit is so cozy and modern. It’s everything that I was expecting. The host get back to you right away with any questions or concerns.

Less good: The only thing that was missing was TV’s in the bedrooms. They are a must. Also once you pay on booking for your number of days and cleaning fee on booking, it mentions having extra money for possible fees. These fees are actually mandatory, and it’s a pretty significant amount for someone who is budgeting their trip accordingly. you have to be verified which is not a problem. However during that verification there is an automatic $500 holding fee which I got right back literally 2 days after my stay, but still that’s a lot especially if your budgeting. Also there is an extra $89 fee for an early check in and $39 a night for parking on the property. I think those things should be mentioned before checking in because for a 2 night stay that’s an extra $700 pretty much.

We had a great time and slept well!

Safe area. Neat apartment. Close proximity to the Motown Museum, which is my favorite spot to go to in Detroit! It was also not far from the Downtown area where my convention was located!

Less good: The elevator wasn’t working the night we checked in.

  • Tammy, United States · January 2025

    10.0Exceptional

Had everything we needed and great communication

Perfect location to stay close to family during their stay at Henry Ford Hospital

Less good: Wish secured parking was included
